How It Works

JUST 10 SECONDS TO TEST YOUR BEVERAGE

Step 1: Wear one of the wristbands at a bar or public space to deter offenders and raise awareness about drink spiking.

Step 2: Put 3 to 4 drops from a beverage on one of the safety circles to test. Wait 10 seconds for a result.

Step 3: If the safety circle turns blue, then the drink has been spiked and should not be consumed.

History

To date, Xantus has successfully saved more than 20 lives
from attempted drink spiking events. The wristbands
effectively detected the presence of GHB and successfully
prevented the consumption of the drink. In two of the cases,
the perpetrators were identified and caught on-site!

Are these CA AB 1013 compliant?

Yes, lab-tested and approved, these wristbands are compliant with the CA Assembly Bill 1013, requiring establishments like bars to provide drug testing strips. Like said before, these are best used as entry wristbands.

What color means safe/spiked?

If the test circle is blue, the drink has been spiked. If the test circle is yellowish/green, the drink is safe. Always stir your drink before testing!
